This notice explains how GarageHQ uses personal information collected through this website. It does not cover data processed inside the GarageHQ application on behalf of garages, which is governed by each customer’s agreement with us.

What we collect

When you request a demo we collect:

• your name, work email address and, if you provide it, phone number
• your garage name, number of branches and technicians, and current system
• anything you write in the message field

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider records technical information such as IP addresses in server logs to keep the service secure.

How we use it

We use your details to arrange and prepare your demo and to follow up about GarageHQ. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

How long we keep it

We keep demo request details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete them sooner.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We use service providers to host this website and to store and manage enquiries. They process data only on our instructions.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
